Yoga is originally from India. Most of the time, it is related to religion and spirituality. Therefore, it is a kind of spiritual cultivation. And meditation is an important method to connect the spirit.
I have been practicing yoga for five to six years. Most people practice yoga for keeping fit or loosing weight. For me, I never thought of being professional or urged myself to achieve certain positions. I was afraid of pains. I just wanted my body to be agile and flexible. Avoiding spraining the ankle or waist was my purpose for practice yoga.
Before I came here, I never practiced yoga outdoors. It was so clean and fresh stretching my body in front of the lake. The Sun shined. It was serene. My body was being nourished and grown.
This was animistic.
One of my tasks was cleaning the beach. This motif was created at the last event. We left it like this.
Trimming trees and burning the branches. Everything was so new and exciting to me.
